Delivery Terms
- Brighton Gift Baskets delivers Australia-wide.
- Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- We hire a reputable courier company to make our deliveries. Whilst every effort is made to deliver your gift basket or hamper on your preferred day, due to circumstances beyond our control, this may not always possible. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
- Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business working day. However, if you have an urgent delivery for Saturday, we will do our best to fulfil it (certain areas only) − an additional fee will apply.
- Deliveries to HOSPITALS may take an extra
day, depending on the hospital location.
- Christmas deliveries: Christmas is a very busy period. Please allow 3-4 days for shipping of orders. Our team is handling 10 times the amount of gifts. So early ordering and patience is greatly appreciated. If you are placing a Christmas order, please check that your recipient has not already closed for the Festive/New Year Season. We do advise EARLY ordering and delivering as some businesses close 1 week before Christmas.
- It is the Customer's responsibility to inform "Brighton Gift Baskets" if a hamper does not arrive. If this occurs. we will contact the courier company, lodge an enquiry and have your hamper delivered as soon as possible.

this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused,
rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed.

Please review our terms & conditions carefully before purchasing products from
Brighton Gift Baskets. The following contains important
information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

We accept orders on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however deliveries are only made Monday
to Friday.
- Orders are accepted via telephone, fax, email or our secure on-line ordering system.
- When placing your order, please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery details of the recipient. Incorrect information may cause delays with your delivery. We will not accept responsibility for late or non deliveries if this occurs.
- If you provide a home address and the recipient is not home, the parcel will be left at front door or there WILL be an added charge for the courier to return at a specific time. If the recipient is in hospital, please ensure you have correct details and that they have not been discharged. If the recipient has been discharged an addition courier fee will apply for re-direction of delivery.
- We accept VISA and MasterCard.
- If you prefer to pay by cheque or money order, please make payable to

All prices listed on this website include 10% GST for Australian taxation purposes.
Refunds Policy and other Terms and Conditions
- Brighton Gift Baskets will not accept return of goods without prior notice. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you ordered is faulty, please advise us immediately and return the item to us in original condition within 7 days for a replacement, exchange or refund.
- If an item you ordered is unavailable due to stock supplies, we will replace it with a similar item of equal value and quality.
- No refund will be made on perishable goods.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to dispatch.
- Gift baskets including alcohol may be purchased and delivered to persons over 18 years old.
- Some props may be used for photographic purposes. Unless an item is listed in the contents of the gift basket or hamper, it is not included in the basket.
